Yes. Free lets you join, confirm your email, lock a live photo, see introductions, and send 2 letters a month. Photos stay hidden until someone replies. House is £19 a month (7 letters). Gold is £49 (30 letters, see photos, 1 lantern a week). Private is £99 (unlimited letters, 3 lanterns, a closed door). Annual saves two months.

Create an account with email. We send a 6-digit code to that inbox. Then you take a live photo and finish your profile. If you forget your password, request a new code from the sign-in page.

Free and House members see a veil until a letter is accepted. Gold and Private see photos. Your photo is taken live in WASL. You cannot upload a picture from your camera roll.

A family guardian — usually a father or a trusted relative. A woman must name one before she can send a letter. He can read letters with her. Naming a wali is free.

A letter given a gentle priority in their review queue. It does not guarantee a reply. Gold members get one a week. Private members get three.

No. WASL is letters only. If someone asks you onto WhatsApp before families have spoken, report them.

No. WASL never publishes a compatibility percentage. You will see why an introduction was made, what aligns, and what is worth discussing. Differences are not hidden.

Apple Pay or card. Monthly or annual. A parent can gift House, Gold, or Private. You can change plan later.

If you have found someone, say so in Settings — that is success. Pause hides you from introductions. Delete removes your profile, letters, family, and payments (tax records excepted by UK law).

No. WASL is 18 and over. We check your date of birth.
