Terms

These terms are the membership contract between you and Asif Ebrahim t/a WASL. English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. You must be 18 or over. A date of birth is taken at the door. Under-18 accounts are deleted on sight.
2. WASL is for nikah between a man and a woman. Same-gender matching is not offered. Chat, dating-as-entertainment, and leaving the courtyard to continue in secret are breaches.
3. A woman’s letter does not travel without a wali named in her circle. Impersonating a wali is a permanent ban.
4. The portrait is a live capture. Uploads, borrowed faces, filters that invent a person, and someone else’s photograph are refused.
5. Membership (House £19, Gold £49, Private £99 each month) is billed by Apple Pay or card. The live gateway plugs in without changing these terms. Fees are not refunded for unused letters.
6. Letters are private to the two families. WASL may read a letter only to investigate a report.
7. We may suspend or close a membership for safety, fraud, or breach. You may pause or delete at any time in Settings.
8. The courtyard is provided as a private club, not as a promise of marriage. We are not a wali and we do not conduct the nikah.
